First and foremost I would like to thank Laura for everything she has done for me and my family with this process. Due to Covid-19 my mom passed away and I had to move out of the house I lived in for 18 years, my wife and I were under a frame of how this was going to be done. During all of this I was not sure if the property would sell or what. Laura went way above and beyond her limits and informed us of every single thing that was going on. Overall she did everything right and and never gave up. Thank You, Thank You for everything you have done Laura, I really appreciate it, I know my mom is looking on us and saying "Thank You for helping my son". There is a lot more to this story than I am not telling but for my wife and I it's our new chapter and our new journey together. Laura professionalism is exceptional. We met 3 months prior to discuss a plan of sale that felt comfortable and set a timeline for staging and listing. She was extremely patient with our family's changing needs and even assisted us in painting for a more appealing neutral aesthetic. She kept us informed during the entire process. Having the ability for electronic signatures kepted us on time to meet our goal for finalizing closing escrow. This is the second time we used Laura because of all her hardwork and dedication. We had to sell my deceased parents home and made the process easy because we had had this home since 1961 and was hard for us to sell it. Laura has alot of knowledge and pays attention to detail. Very professional and explains everything so we could know exactly so we know what's going on with the process on selling my parents home. We also have a condo to sell and my brother is going to be buying his second home and will be definitely using Laura. Where do I start? Laura is the best! Before I even knew I was going to sell, Laura offered her knowledge to help me in a Real Estate career. We then had a great opportunity to move out of the area, so while my husband moved 400 miles away, Laura was there to help me paint, and showed my house every time since I didn't want a lock box. Laura did everything possible to sell my house fast, and get me the most money possible. I couldn't have asked for a better agent! Definitely the best!

I honestly can't say enough about how amazing Mrs.Jauregui was. We were first time buyers so the process at first seemed intimidating, but Laura was extremely informative, described and guided us line per line on what things meant, and how the process worked. Communicated with us as soon as new information was required of us, and always made sure we were educated on the entire process. Made us feel extremely at ease about what typically I'm sure is a stressful process. Laura is professional, and knowledgeable, I can literally go on and on and how incredible she she made the experience. Will 100% use her again, and recommend her. Specifics: Laura walked us through the entire signing process. Educated us on every detail of the house, she inspected the house thoroughly. Always made sure to point out where things may need some work. Encouraged us to point out things we weren't so sure about.
